Every surface needs its own touch, soft wash where blasting would do damage, real pressure where the grime is baked in. Tap what you need cleaned and see exactly how KM handles it, then grab a free quote.
The method matters. We soft wash siding at low pressure with the right cleaning solutions, so we lift years of algae, mildew, dirt and the black streaks off vinyl, aluminum, brick and stucco without ever forcing water behind the siding. The grime rinses away and the surface is left untouched, so the whole house reads bright and even again.
Concrete holds onto everything, moss in the low spots, dirt ground into the texture, oil, rust and organic stains that dull the whole slab. We surface-clean flatwork evenly so there are no wand stripes, work the stains and moss out, and rinse the joints clean. Driveways, walkways, patios and pool decks come back close to fresh-poured, and cleaner concrete is safer underfoot too.
A roof is the one surface you never pressure wash, high pressure tears up shingles and voids warranties. We soft-wash roofs at low pressure to kill and lift the black algae streaks, moss and lichen that eat away at shingles, then rinse it clean. The roof looks new again and, more to the point, it lasts longer for it.
Gutter brightening is the real service here: we wash the gutter faces with the proper cleaning solutions to remove mildew, algae, oxidation and the black tiger stripes, so the whole roofline reads bright from the curb. And while we are up there, we can clear the debris out and flush the downspouts too.
The outdoor spaces you actually use, brought back. We wash decks, patios, fences and outdoor living areas at the right pressure for the material, enough to lift the gray, green and grime, gentle enough not to fur the wood. Same for commercial: storefronts, sidewalks and dumpster pads, on a schedule so the property always looks sharp.
